Fundamental skill Development will focus on developing:

Shooting – Proper shooting mechanics from the feet up including drills that focus on balance, footwork, and shooting form. Game Speed competitive shooting drills designed to improve your in-game shooting percentage. 

Ball handling – Innovative drills designed to improve control, speed, and strength handling the ball equally with either hand.

Finishing, Passing, Footwork, Balance, Explosiveness 

Defense - Lateral Quickness, Stance, Vision, Positioning, angles, and techniq...
